Barth Takes First Feature at US 24 Speedway

LOGANSPORT, IN.- It was another special night of micro sprint racing, as US 24 Speedway crowned another first time winner in the thirty lap Non Wing A-Main.

Alexandria, IN. racer Adam Barth (Pictured Left) took his first checkered flag of his career at US 24, winning the thirty lap Non Wing A-Main. About his first win Barth said, "My first win at US 24 was great. It will be a win that I will remember for a long time to come. This is our first season at US 24. To get a win in your sixth race in this car is special. I'd like to thank Cory Kruseman, Chaulk Sticks, and Sanders Racing Wheels for all their support this season."

Muncie, IN. racer Billy "The Kid" Cribbs stayed with the front runners to take a solid second place finish. Third went to Kokomo's Shayne Riley. Todd Ritchey and Ty Detwailer raced their ways into the final spots of the Non Wing top five finishers.

Camden's Trent Wilson found victory lane, scoring his second straight feature win in the thirty lap Wing feature. "This win was great. Stan set up another fast race car, and we won from the pole. I'd like to thank FTX Chassis and Stars INC. for their support this season," Wilson explained.

Datweiler finished right behind Wilson in second, while Mike Terry Jr. took third. Monticello, IN. native Megan Wood raced her way to a strong fourth place finish, while Mattoon, IL.'s Cameron King took the checkers in fifth.

Francesville, IN. racer Rusty Disinger (Pictured Right) passed polesitter Tyler Orr early on and never looked back, winning the thirty lap Restrictor A-Main on Saturday night. After the checkers fell Disinger said, "The car was perfect. I couldn't of asked for a better car. I'd like to thank CD Embroidery, Disinger Machine Shop, Concept Chassis and my family for all their support this year."

Daleville, IN. native Austin Creamer put in a solid run to finish second. Third went to the polesitter Tyler Orr, while fourth belonged to Kenneth Harshbarger. Tipton, IN. racer Justin Weir raced his way to another top five finish, to round out the top five in Saturday night's Restrictor Finale.

Renneselaer's Dakota Williams put in some laps to dial in his Junior micro for this weekend's Midwest All Star Kids Sprint Series this coming Saturday. "I want to get this Non Wing set up down for next weekend. I'd like to thank my family and Dr. Mark Riese (DDS, PC) for their support this season," Williams exclaimed.

The Midwest All Star Kids Sprint Series makes their first of two trips to US 24 Speedway this coming Saturday.
